Pork chops, can be bone in or boneless. Any thickness is fine too (adjust cooking time accordingly)
Salt and Pepper
Worcestershire sauce
Barbecue sauce (I use Sweet Baby Rays)
Instructions
Begin by seasoning the pork with salt and pepper
Heat up a pan on high heat with cooking oil (high heat oil like grapeseed or avocado oil)
Fry the pork until it is cooked (internal temp of 145 ºF). For a 2 cm thick bone-in pork chop, I need around 7-10 minutes on each side. Boneless chops will cook faster and more evenly. For a 1cm boneless pork chop, it is around 3 - 5 minutes on each side.
Once cooked, slather with Worcestershire and/or barbecue sauce to your liking. Sear for around 1 - 2 minutes on each side.
