Prep Time

Ingredients
Kale ; use as much or as little as you like
3/4
teaspoons
of extra virgin olive oil per 50 grams of kale
Salt
Black pepper
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350 °F (177 °C). I find that cooking kale at a lower temperature for longer makes it dry more evenly and less bitter.
Wash the kale and remove the stems. You can use a scissor for this, cutting around the thicker parts of the stem.
Dry the kale thoroughly. I use a salad spinner and pat dry with a paper towel.
For every 50 grams of kale, add around 3/4
teaspoons
of extra virgin olive oil. Add a pinch of salt and black pepper.
Massage the oil into the kale making sure to coat the kale thoroughly and evenly.
Spread evenly on a baking sheet, and bake for around 15 - 25 minutes. The kale is ready if it is crispy and has turned darker green.
Step 2. I remove the stem from the kale by cutting it, leaving a "n" shape.
Step 4. For every 50 grams of kale, use around 3/4
teaspoons
of oil.
Step 5. Make sure to massage the kale with oil.
The finished product!
