How to make Korean curry using Ottogi curry powder
Ingredients
- 450g (1 lb) chicken breast or thighs, cut into cubes
- 3 medium onions (300 g)
- 4 small yellow potatoes (250 g)
- 3 carrots (200 g)
- 50 g Ottogi curry powder
- Note: The package tells you to use a lot of curry powder. I find 50g is more than enough.
- 3 cups water
Note: you can also add other vegetables if you like!
