Japanese Style Egg Salad

Description

Japanese inspired egg salad

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs, boiled and peeled
  • 1 tablespoon green onions, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Japanese mayonnaise
  • Salt and Pepper

This goes really well with Japanese Milk Bread (Shokupan)

Instructions

  1. Boil 4 eggs. I would recommend hard boiling or medium-hard boiling them. You don't want the yolks to be too runny. Peel them.
  2. Chop them up in a bowl. Depending on how chunky or smooth you like it, chop to your desired level.
  3. Add green onions and Japanese mayonnaise.
  4. Add salt and pepper to taste.
