Make jammy eggs in your instant pot!
Ingredients
- Eggs (I'm using large eggs)
- 1 cup cold water
- A trivet and your instant pot (I'm using a 6 qt one)
This will make "jammy" eggs. The whites will be 100% cooked, but the yolk will be jammy (it won't run but it will be soft).
Instructions
- Place your trivet in the instant pot.
- Add 1 cup of cold water.
- Add your cold eggs on the trivet.
- High pressure on the instant pot for 3 minutes.
- After 3 minutes, release and set a timer for 2 minutes.
- Place in cold water and peel.
- Enjoy your jammy eggs!
