Description
A healthy and easy chicken teriyaki recipe
Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts (or 2 - 3 chicken thighs) cut into cubes
- 3 carrots, sliced lengthwise thinly
- 3 small white onions, sliced
- Handful of green onions
- Sesame seeds
- Sesame oil
- Any other vegetables as you desire. I find zuchinni, mushrooms, bell peppers, and broccoli work well.
- Teriyaki Sauce Marinade
- 1 tablespoon light soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon dark soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1/2 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon Chinese (Shaoxing) wine
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger (or 1 teaspoon fresh ginger)
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- [Optional] Dash of red pepper flakes
