Bite Sized Cheesy Tomato Mushroom Appetizer

Description

Juicy Bites of Cheesy Tomato Mushroom Goodness!

Ingredients

- 1 package of button mushrooms (white or brown are fine)

- sliced mozzarella cheese (6 slices should be sufficient, but feel free to add as much as you would like!)

- tomato sauce

Instructions

Clean mushrooms thoroughly before removing stems. Pat mushrooms dry. Slice cheese into small squares (small enough to fit in the stem hole) and place some inside the mushroom. Spoon a little tomato sauce into each mushroom hole on top of the cheese. Cover with a larger square of cheese (or 2 squares if you like it cheesy!). Air fry for ~7 mins at around 180-190 degrees F.
