Boil eggs as preferred. We recommend around 7 - 8 minutes for jammy eggs. Boil for 12 minutes if you like hard-boiled and 5 - 6 minutes for more runny eggs.
Make the marinade by combining all of the above ingredients. You can add more or less of each ingredient as desired, but for reference feel free to follow the below:
- 6 cloves of garlic
- 3 stalks of green onion
- 1 tsp of chili flakes
- 1 tbsp of sesame seeds
- 1 cup of soy sauce
- 1/3-1/2 cup of sweetener
- 1 tbsp of sesame oil
- 1/2 cup of water
Marinate the peeled eggs for 2 hours at the minimum or overnight for best results.
